"We're seeing increasing demand from companies looking for offices that combine flexibility, service, and a prime central location. With the new offices in Posthuset, we'll be able to offer even more businesses a full-service solution that allows them to focus on their core operations," says Malin Wiberg, Site Manager at 7A Posthuset.
Demand for flexible workspaces continues to grow
According to market reports from Yta.se, demand for coworking and flexible office solutions remains strong, while occupancy levels continue to rise in attractive central Stockholm locations. The coworking market is seeing companies place greater value on shorter lease agreements, increased flexibility, and the ability to adapt their office space as their business evolves.
"Today's businesses require greater flexibility than ever before. Needs change faster, and many companies are looking for office solutions that can grow alongside their organisation. It's a trend we've seen developing for several years and one that continues to strengthen," says Louise Strand, CEO of 7A.
7A – a full-service office solution
The new offices will become part of 7A Posthuset, where companies gain access to a complete office solution designed to simplify the workday. Included in the offering are a staffed reception, meeting rooms, office hosts, breakfast service, IT support, cleaning services, and access to the 7A community.
"What our members value most is the combination of personal service, community, and opportunities to build new connections. Through recurring activities, networking events, and community gatherings, we create natural meeting opportunities between companies. It's an important part of our mission to create environments where both people and businesses can grow," says Malin Wiberg.
Offices in the historic Central Post Office building
7A Posthuset is located within Stockholm's historic Central Post Office building, directly adjacent to Stockholm Central Station. Here, modern full-service offices are combined with a unique cultural and historical setting.
At the heart of the building is Bobergshallen, a 750-square-metre coworking lounge featuring original interiors and preserved murals dating back to 1903. Together with its central location and close proximity to restaurants, services, and public transport, it creates a dynamic meeting place where hundreds of companies, entrepreneurs, and members connect every day.
When the new offices are completed after summer 2026, they will provide space for even more businesses seeking a flexible, centrally located workplace with full-service amenities.
