Every week, we invite our members to a relaxing yoga session in the grand Clock Tower.

Yoga provides increased strength, greater flexibility, improved balance, enhanced body awareness, inner peace, and relaxation. Yoga also promotes better digestion, a stronger nervous system, and improves blood circulation. As a member at 7A, you have the opportunity to practice yoga without having to leave the office.
